Ordering

Use the paypal shop to place the order for what you want, most items are held in stock. Although, currently as we are just starting up, you are advised to Email us first, so the we can confirm if a) Item(s) is in stock, and b) What the lead time will be for us to get said Item(s)

Payment

Payment is currently via our PayPal shop only, although I hope to shortly be able to accept direct bank transfers, and cheque/postal order.

PayPal will take most credit & debit cards currently used, even AMEX!!

Delivery

Sonic Computers will not despatch any goods until payment has been verified and cleared through our Paypal account. If paying by Cheque/Postal order (when I've set that bit up) goods will be sent on notification from the bank that the monies have cleared (note this can take 7 days)

Items normally sent Royal Mail, or Parcel Force., and should take 3 to 5 days to arrive, from date of despatch. You will be notified by Email, when we despatch goods.

Returns

A refund or replacement will only happen once you have return the faulty goods to us for inspection. You pay postage to us, we will pay postage back to you, if the goods are faulty, and we are sending a replacement. If it is for Refund, then the cost of postage to us will also be refunded.

Privacy Statement

Sonic Computers stat that your Email address, with not be used/sold, for UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email)

Sonic Computers operates the same policy for your Shipping / Invoice address

Sonic Computers will not buy from any company spamming us, instead we will press the report button on Mail washer, and have your Email Address globally blacklisted.

Sonic Computers use paypal for payments, please read their terms and conditions here Paypal are responsible for the security of your Credit/Debit card.

Sonic Computers has no access to your Credit/Debit card number given Paypal, for payment of goods.
